Sex and the City Versus Friends::[杂文|Misc]

Well, generally I guess I can honestly say [Friends] wasn't real life happening everywhere in USA.

2001 saw me fall in love with the TV program [Friends], so does perl. For me, the [Friends] show a very attractive aspect of the American life since after one year live in US, I find I am somewhat lost here.

There are certainly many reasons that I love [Friends], if choose one, It would be that "Watch friends make me feel comfortable and it is a like a life lesson for me in some points."

In last summer, I start watch a little bit [Sex and the city], the another very popular TV serial. It is by chance that when I went to our library and find that the new movies on shelf list include [Sex and the city].

[Sex and the City] is showing on HBO, which need pay extra money when you want watch some movies and serials. For my basic cabel serives, HBO would be a luxury and I don't have too much time to enjoy.

[Sex and the City]] is obviously the different flavor compare with [Friends], more focus the marrige and the sex. be frank, "the Sex and the city is the life away from the real life", one of my officemate told me when I ask his opition.

But [Sex and the city] stil the hit TV show and HBO make it world famous. Several blogs have mentioned this TV serial and Friends as well.

My friend told me that he will send a complete set of [Friends] to Dallas in following week, humm, I will have much to do and my DVD player will running again!

昨天晚上跟师兄说起美国的电视连续剧,师兄喜欢看[I love Lucy]，这是从1951年on the air的电视连续剧，也很有趣，不过毕竟社会变化，风俗，语言都有很大的改变了，我还是无法全身心enjoy那些老的TV serials。

记得前几天跟officemate谈TV的时候，Ben问我"What is the hit TV serials in China?" 我想了很久告诉他说“Legend of Condor Hero”，没有想到Ben 竟然知道“Legend of Condor Hero(射雕英雄传)”，更有趣的是我跟他说“The return of the Cendor Hero(神雕侠侣)”，他说“Yes, yes, I know, One of my frind is translating it from Chinese to English now! It is based on the novel and talking about the Master and his teacher.... bla bla....”，大千世界，无奇不有，中国看美国的电视连续剧，美国也正在着手翻译中国的电视连续剧。

世界真小。

我想大概女生都會比較喜歡看Sex and the City吧？我倒不覺得它的劇情遠離現實，反而蠻符合現代都會白領女性的生活觀和愛情觀的。我那些住在台北的單身女性朋友們就超迷這部影集的，因為它點出了很多男女交往相處時的問題，常常看到某一個橋段或某一句對白，都會讓人擊掌叫好：「對啊！我也是這麼覺得。」這就是Sex and the City迷人的地方。

也够厉害的。那么老的片子了。他们能不能把那些武侠来的语言翻译过去啊？各种各样的武功秘籍的名称。呵呵。有意思。

SEX AND CITY在上海也很热门。许多公司的白领都很爱看。
可是，就我本人而言，觉得片中的男女关系很没有安全感。
但是，剧集中的时装秀真的是很好看呢。。

第 7 楼：

欲望城市在台湾被翻拍成《熟女欲望日子》，我觉得蛮好看的，也很搞笑。最主要我从中明白很多男男女女之间的复杂问题。
